CONSTRUCTION

The Liverpool Recruitment Company were recently approached by a McCarthy & Stone - A £500M+ Turnover, Tier one main contractor to source a Pre-contracts Manager for the North West region. 

We knew we had to work quickly to find the right person for the role and got to work using various different methods to source and contact different people who seemed suitable. 

We sent 3 CV’s of ideal candidates to our client for potential interview within the first week of working on the project. 

Two Candidates were taken forward and were interviewed by our client. One then made it through to the final round of interviewing and was eventually taken on from The Liverpool Recruitment Company. 

The successful candidate thanked us for keeping him updated throughout the whole process and for the honesty & integrity shown by Megan Fitzpatrick. 
The Candidate we placed is extremely happy in his new role, as is the client, who have since trusted LRC on many more occasions to deliver recruitment solutions.
