In 2018, The Liverpool Recruitment Company were tasked with sourcing labour for one of the largest construction sites in the country at the time, Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium. 

Our goal was to find teams made up of skilled engineers, trade supervisors & semi-skilled mates to complete the installation & testing of the electrical systems on site.

The site at peak had over 1200 M&E operatives, which of course made it increasingly difficult to source the right quality of local labour. 

We had to change our approach and decided to elect for a fresh system of working with tried and trusted operatives from the North of England, Scotland & Wales. 

Using this method we provided our client with a 20% increase in productivity & efficiency of the workforce we provided for the remainder of the project.

We effectively managed the labour on site by constantly staying in touch and close to the site & worked closely with our client and our operatives to make sure the section of the site they were working on was completed on time.

We were very proud to be a part of such a prestigious and brilliant site!
